From Olis Bargalló we believe that the culture of olive oil has to be promulgated and it has to be extended to the whole society. That is why we offer tastings, workshops and talks about the world of oil.

This May, Quico Bargalló, CEO of Olis Bargalló -with the collaboration of Mireia Rovira- has given two tastings of oils to the young students of the second course of Cooking and Sala of the CETT, in Barcelona. The young people have been able to see how an oil tasting is carried out, what organoleptic profiles must be taken into account and how to differentiate one oil from the other.
