[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]To mark the tercentenary and with Minoria Absoluta, Ferran Adrià, Carme Ruscalleda, Cristian Escribà and Joan Roca will travel to the cuisine of 1700 Barcelona. Among the most outstanding guests we find Josep Cuní, with whom we will taste the gastronomy of the time in a mixture of festivity and cuisine to round off the show with the Children’s Group.
In the hour and a half of the show we will find Ferran Adrià with his guests explaining the culinary history to all those there, seasoned with unexpected scenes of humour to create unique moments. The illustrious chefs will also be accompanied by their impressionists from the TV3 Polònia programme to add humour to the show.
Josep Cuní will interview the real and fictitious characters, who will visit the charity food factory and join efforts for the children at risk in our country.
Olis Bargalló, as friends of the Fàbrica will also be present to work with the neediest children.
