As usual, Olis Bargalló has also collaborated this year with the great party of the “garoinada”, a contest that gives the starting signal to this well-known and popular gastronomic campaign of the Empordà.
Between January 12 and March 25, diners have been able to enjoy the different plates and recipes made with this product from the sea in the different restaurants of the Cuina de l’Empordanet cooking collective.
